What we collect, and what we don't
There are no accounts on this site, no ads, and nothing is sold to anyone. But it is not zero-collection either, and it would be dishonest to imply otherwise. Here is the whole list.
The short version
- You never need an account, an email, or a phone number to read anything here.
- We do not sell, rent or share data with advertisers. There are no ad networks on this site.
- We do not ask for your PAN, Aadhaar, card number, CVV, OTP or bank credentials, anywhere, ever. Nothing on this site legitimately needs them.
- What we do collect is aggregate usage data and the content of things you deliberately submit, like a chat question or a thumbs-down.
What is collected, in detail

Who processes it
We are a small site and we use standard third-party services rather than running our own infrastructure. Data reaches these processors:
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.
- PostHog and Google Tag Manager handle analytics. PostHog stores an anonymous identifier in your browser via localStorage and a cookie so returning visits are not double-counted.
- Supabase stores the chat questions, feedback votes, eligibility answers and contact messages described above, in a database hosted in Mumbai.
- OpenAI processes the messages you send to the AI assistant in order to generate a reply. Do not put personal or financial details into the chat: treat it as you would any public form.
Please do not send us sensitive details. Not in the chat, not in the contact form. We do not need your card number, your full name, your account number or your CIBIL report to answer a question, and we do not want to be holding them.
Cookies
The only cookies set on this site come from the analytics tools above. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking pixels for ad networks. Blocking cookies, using a tracker blocker, or enabling Do Not Track will not break anything on the site: every guide works fine without them.
How long it is kept, and how to get it removed
Analytics data is retained for as long as the accounts above retain it under their own defaults. Chat questions, votes and checker answers are kept indefinitely because they contain nothing that identifies anyone.
If you believe you submitted something identifying and want it deleted, email hello@onecardhub.org with enough detail to find the record (roughly when, and what it said) and we will remove it. We will not ask you to prove who you are, because we do not know who you are.
Children
This site is written for adults making credit decisions and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes to this page
If we add a tool that collects something new, this page gets updated in the same change. The date at the top is the last time that happened.
