Tell us what we got wrong
We publish anonymously, which makes being reachable more important, not less. This inbox is read by a person and corrections are answered before anything else.
hello@onecardhub.org — the fastest way to reach us, and the right address for anything detailed. We reply from the same address.
Or use the form
It reaches the same place. Leave the email field blank if you would rather stay anonymous; we understand the instinct.
What gets a reply, and how fast
- Corrections. First priority. If you can point to a primary source (an MITC clause, an RBI circular, an official OneCard message) we will usually have the page fixed within a day or two, and the change logged publicly on the editorial policy page.
- Tips and sightings. New offers, fee changes, limit increase waves, anything that appeared in your app. These are how several articles here started. Screenshots help.
- Questions about your own card. We will answer what we can, but the AI assistant is faster and it has the same facts. For anything account-specific, only OneCard support can actually see your account, and our customer care guide explains the fastest route.
We cannot help with account actions. We are not OneCard and we have no access to any account. We cannot unblock a card, reverse a fee, chase a delivery, or escalate a complaint on your behalf. Anyone claiming otherwise, in our name or OneCard's, is running a scam: see our fraud guide.
Commercial enquiries
The answer is no. We do not take affiliate deals, sponsored posts, paid links, guest posts or “content partnerships”, and declining them is the entire basis on which this site can say what it says. There is no figure that changes this, so please do not send one.
